You can smoke weed and kill your baby in the same weekend.Small city Hobbs currently is in the top five of the state in pot sales as it is only four miles from the Texas State line. While some may want to open an abortion clinic here, it would receive stiff opposition. I would expect it more likely that they would move to a much bigger community like Las Cruces or Roswell.
