Vitamin D3 pills are generally 2000 IU to 5000IU. That’s at least 30 pills/day. One would like to think the sheer number of pills would put someone off of overdosing to that degree.

I take one D3 (5000 IU) daily and have for a number of years. I have had absolutely NO ill effects at all.

On the other hand, I quit watching and listening to Sean Hannity a couple of years ago because I was beginning to suffer a strong desire to smash my television and radio because of his very annoying manner.

I agree, even the concentrated liquid supplements are 1,000 i.u. per drop... 150 drops a day would require deliberate stupidity and perseverance.

150000 IU of vitamin d is less than 4 milligrams. That’s less than a drop.
