How could this happen? The Baltimore Mayor’s Office of African American Male Engagement (MOAAME) has a 90 Day Squeegee Action Plan!

How could this happen? The Baltimore Mayor’s Office of African American Male Engagement (MOAAME) has a 90 Day Squeegee Action Plan!

Sounds like the 90 days are over. But if we can believe their posted results, it's a start:

MOAAME serves as the lead agency responsible for the case management and intensive outreach to disconnected young men and boys. Since early 2020 MOAAME has:

• Identified 186 disconnected youth who squeegee
• Re-engaged 43 youth into school
• Secured birth certificates, social security cards and/ or IDs for 29 youth
• Employed 27 youth who distributed 10,000 meals as part of the city’s Covid-19 response
• Registered 73 youth in the summer YouthWorks program
• Placed 39 youth with permanent employers
• Connected 50 youth with a Credible Mentor for intentional guidance and support

Of course, it may be only the core 75 or so who are counted and re-counted in every one of those categories; but that's still something.

Nothing in the secular liberal agenda will ever subsitute for a society that participates actively in marriage before sex; substance-free living, and orthodox Christian or Jewish observation as a family.
