After watching that part of the speech beginning at 16:00, my characterization of her as “ranting” was completely appropriate. Though she had many in the audience standing up and cheering, there were quite a few that sat quietly.
Yes she was ranting and ranting some scary stuff dealing with promoting LGBUTQUEERS grooming people’s children at an early age and vote for and fight for democrats.
