Fox News co-host Judge Jeanine Pirro explained Wednesday on "The Five" why the father of July 4 parade shooting suspect Robert Crimo is potentially culpable in the tragedy.
JUDGE JEANINE PIRRO: If you go into a home and there are 17 knives and one sword and one dagger, and the individual had tried to kill himself a few months earlier, you don’t take the knives and then say, "Gee, you know, we are going to leave him here." We already know he is suicidal, may have been homicidal with all of these knives, they did not give the information to the state police and then when he tried to commit suicide, and they say that they did give the information of the knives to the state police. They could’ve prosecuted that kid early on, or they could’ve gotten him the mental health he needed.
His father is culpable. His father said he sponsored him in order for him to get a gun. In order for him to sign off for that kid to buy a gun under the age of 21, he had to answer questions about this kid’s mental health, and everyone knew about this — living with the kid, he tried to commit suicide. He is a loner, he's isolated, you know the kind of music he is singing, and you know the crazy stuff that he is drawing. And that’s without even looking at his social media. So I think that the parents are in deep legal trouble as well they should be, and I think that the police have to stop saying, there’s nothing we could have done. We did not have anyone to sign a complaint.

78 Minutes, and the 78 Minute Exception to gun control laws.
If this is true his Dad is a moron.
I don’t know, from all the pictures I have seen It looks like It might have been an ideal Biden cabinet appointment if only the evil smell of gunpowder had not intoxicated him
🤔
It is my belief that with the Red Flag laws in effect, and those two calls regarding Suicide threats and the murder threats, the police have all the authority they need to Flag him and prevent him from passing a background check.
They had enough information and authority to take his knives, how do they then not have the authority to prevent him from buying a gun?
If the "kid" then wants to appeal the constraint he can take his case to a judge.
“according to the 2011 Youth Risk and Behavior Survey, indicate that in the previous 12 months, among high school students:
15.8% seriously considered suicide
12.8% made a plan for suicide
7.8% attempted suicide one or more times
2.4% made a suicide attempt that required medical intervention”

You would think signing off on a teen to purchase a firearm when you know he should be a “prohibited” person, would be a crime. His parents knew he had threatened to kill people and if they weren’t aware he had mental issues they are just as crazy as he is.
“it’s worth noting that lesbian, gay and bisexual youth are four times more likely than their straight peers to attempt suicide.”

Exactly...
Those parents may be in legal trouble, we’ll see. But it sure seems that this family was in deep denial, if they are truthfully going to say that they had no idea there was anything wrong with that little prick.
One look at the pics of that prick and it’s been unanimous here, and among people I’ve talked to in real life, that this is a disturbed troubled guy. Someone on another thread said there was little his family could do to get him help, because of him being legally an adult. If true a sad situation.
If there’s any justice, it may come in prison. A scrawny little prick like him will not be able to physically stand up to some of the brawny burly men in prison with him. He may pray for death in prison.
If only we had a real press asking about this photo, what the circumstances were that found this nut in that office.
Like, where is that office?
Or did this kid stage the scene in a school building or other location as part of his music video art? He had a song entitled “Counter-terrorism” or something with that in the title, and I can picture him buying the props, a hat and some city maps, and creating a scene for a video to go with it. Or he could stage it to make himself look like he had connections... you can get hats and maps like that all over without having FBI credentials.
Or, he could be an FBI asset, like the dudes and dudettes they use to infiltrate groups, or he could merely have been a visitor to an office where he or a family or friend knows the occupant.
There is no way to tell from the photo, unfortunately, what is going on in it... Which is why the press should get the FBI on record about if this could be in their offices somewhere, or prove the photo is faked or real. If only we had a real press...
What other rights do the politicians in Illinois claim one needs to have someone vouch for them?
Do Illinois residents need someone to vouch for them in order to exercise their First Amendment right?
How about the 4th Amendment? Can the police search and seize items from you if no one vouches for you?
How about the 5th Amendment? You need someone vouch for you to avoid self-incrimination and double jeopardy.
How about the 6th Amendment? You need someone to vouch for you in order to confront your accuser, and retain counsel.
How about the 8th Amendment? You need someone to vouch for you in order to avoid excessive fines and bail, as well as cruel and unusual punishment.
How about the 13th Amendment? Do the politicians in Illinois require people to have others vouch for them in order to be free from slavery?
How about the 15th Amendment? You need someone to vouch for you or you can be denied the right to vote based on race.
“Young persons might represent a group at high risk because they might have been particularly affected by mitigation measures, such as physical distancing (including a lack of connectedness to schools, teachers, and peers)”
The family could simply give his doc a letter describing his behavior and their concerns to his doctor, but that depends on if he had one or not, and if he did, did they know who it was.
Does that mean something?
Headquarters also knows that criminals, rather than firearms,is the problem. However,"big scary guns" plays well among white suburban women.
The Rats will say anything.
Does anyone know how Robert Crimo was able to afford the guns? Dad? Uncle? Mom? Cartel drug sales? Can I buy a vowel?
