But are they willing to share their own wealth or open up their own properties? Have they removed any of their locks or opened up their gates? Have they given us access to their bank accounts? Have they forgiven any debts owed to them?

No. They don’t plan on giving anything of theirs away - its all part of a lie they tell to win votes. They know that talking like this will appeal to voters looking for a handout: They are promising they will hand out other people’s money and other people’s property in exchange for votes.
