I think she is trying to mimic someone who uses repetitive words effectively. She is a failure. I think someone here said it was MLK jr that used the technique
I agree. There must be some new Communications Theory being taught that such a repetitive use of the key word makes it stick in the minds of the audience. After all, we do know she is series. But the theory completely discounts the fact that the orator sounds like a blithering idiot. And the sad part is she probably doesn’t even realize that.
