Not sure I agree with that statement. lol Scripture (God’s word) describes a terrible war before the 2nd coming of our Messiah Jesus.
Describes a third of the inhabitants will die during this war that will field two hundred million men. I’m thinking that would be all men of war during this time.
Anyhoo, if one holds a biblical world view, God’s word does seem to indicate a really big war that will burn up a third of the earth’s folks. Nuke war? I dunno.

Later, there does exist a significant paper trail involving funding, organization, and weapons, fuel, and food from Communist Internationale and the Supreme Soviet, and proactive neutralization of Westwrn intel by NKVD/KGB, not just in China, but all of Southeast Asia, including nearly thirty years of war preceding US landing really getting into Laos and Vietnam.
Look at some point the U.S. will default on the debt, there is no way out of that.
That will lead to a fall in the government and the breakup of the country into different sections.
If the government doesn’t fall then after it goes through it’s bankruptcy it will make good good on the defaulted bonds at some much on the dollar.
Then with a clean slate the process basically starts all over again, except the coupon on the new bonds will have to high enough to attract buyers for the debt.
lots of ways this can play out, but we will not longer be a world player on the stage, Russia, China, and India will be dominant in the Eurasian area. Fascinating to think about.
