$24,000 for a lion. $42,000 for an elephant. And that’s just for the license. Add in all the other money spent for the guide, porters, etc, and the hunter brings a LOT of money into the local economy.

Photo safaris provide about 10% of the game animal tourism industry. If your claim were true nobody would be in the hunting business. They would all be photographers.
