There’s a difference between murder and killing. They killed him because he shot at them from the car before he hot-footed it. They would have to assume he still had the gun. They didn’t know he had left it in the car.
Sixty is a lot, but is he any deader after 60 shots than he was after five?
Biden has the mindset that they should shoot criminals in the leg, or so he said a couple years ago. That’s not protocol.
The guy was a criminal and a bum. He had had a similar run-in with cops the day before. Good riddance to him.
He might be. Depending on where you hit a guy 5 shots might not be fatal. But you keep plugging and plugging and plugging. If they’d shot him 5 times and he’d died I’d be OK, that’s rolling your dice and taking your chances. But 60 shows intent. That’s a lot of people pulling triggers a lot of times. That’s “make sure he’s dead”. And that’s murder.
