I made no excuses for criminals. I’m pointing out that 60 shots is overkill and murder. Why do we spend all that money training them only to expect no self control?

I would try to explain to you that you are not more dead when shot 60 times than when killed with one shot, but it would try to explain a card trick to a dog. It would be a waste of time.
