IMO, Biden was never smart enough to see what’s he’s doing is reckless and dangerous, now that he’s mentally impaired he certainly has no idea the ramifications of his actions.
The person who is smart enough and has plausible deniability is Barack Obama who can accomplish what he’s always wanted to but politically could not do it while President.
He’s got a conduit in Susan Rice to direct Biden on what to do.
That’s my opinion I have no real evidence but a gut feeling that Obama is behind all of this.
Obama’s not that smart either. It’s Rice and Jarret who ran things behind the stage for Obama and now does it with Biden. Jarret is like the HR lady because she knows all the fully wacked out commies. Rice is more a strategic planner. Then there are many NGO think tanks as well who have input and oversee certain areas like foreign policy. NED and NDI are a couple of them.
And possibly behind him - Michelle Robinson aka Mrs Obama.
I’ve noticed that David Axelrod has been vocal lately in his opposition to what Biden has been doing. It makes me wonder if there is a behind the scenes power struggle, with the Biden team thinking they are actually in charge.
I am almost certain that you are correct!. Obama is the puppet-master here. You can feel it just like you could feel it when Obama was in office and America was declining. Except, now he is accomplishing his goals and his hands come up clean. Biden takes the fall but it doesnt matter because he is senile and irrelevant anyway.
That he stuck around DC in a pricey "headquarters" is probably all the "evidence" you need.
