Those ladders are fairly heavy and unwieldy even for a person accustomed to setting them up. He appears to be a tiny little guy, with none of the muscle development necessary to heft it up to the first stage, let alone carry it very far.

My biggest concern is; how did he get it there? The Ladder couldn't possibly have been carried there in his car, a little Honda Fit. So who did bring it? Who supplied the truck to get it there?
