The perfect picture of the authoritarian voice who, like the emperor with no clothes on, is not being told how foolishly stupid he sounds. My understanding is that fuel station owners earn about 2 cents on each gallon of fuel that they sell.
Will no one send this inadequate 'leader' back to his basement in Delaware and stop all the damage that he is causing?

I've heard that figure for Montana operators is $0.009/gal.
Yup, less than a penny.
Only place they make money is from the convenience store. (Or the casino or the motel.....)
