No, unless they tiny ones that can survive re-entry to the atmosphere. Let's say the mass of a tiny rod is 5kg and travelling at say Mach 5 (theorized speed of Rod of G_d) or 1701m/s. The kinetic energy would be:

KE = ½ · m · v² = 7.23 megajoules.

One stick of dynamite is about 2 megajoules for comparison.
