so the lake was this level in 1955 and 1965 ?

I was there last month.
It took me almost 30 minutes to walk from where the normal marina/dock was to the actual current lake level now.
It’s unbelievable how much of that water is gone.
The Hoover Dam folks will not answer questions about lake levels and “what if” scenarios considering the current circumstances.

Lots of government agencies used surplus landing craft. I bid on one back in the 1980’s that had been used at a wildlife refuge. Cool boats indeed.
