Wow, didn’t see that depth. Still, bends generally attacks the joints by nitrogen not leaving the bloodstream soon enough and gathering in the joints over minutes or hours after surfacing. Air embolism, maybe? Bad air? Panic? Too many possibilities.
They came up then went back down. May be a factor.................
