I have a small nose and they are just too big is part of the problem ....which is why the kids version worked.I have tried cutting them every which way.

there are some things that you can do to get drainage. I can’t even remember what they are but accupressure type things. one of them amazed me at how fast it worked. I will have to go back and revisit that concept
