He is also using it incorrectly. "Fast Casual" refers to a sit-down restaurant with service faster than a full-menu diner, which would simply be "casual", AND sit down service. If you are standing in line at a register before sitting, and you get your meal in a sack, that is "Fast Food", NOT "Fast Casual".
Red Robin would be a Fast Casual burger joint, for instance.
