A former teacher at Oldham County High School received a sentence on Thursday for having sex with a minor pupil in 2018,
According to the office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney, LaGrange resident Haley Reed was given a sentence for one count of rape and illegal dealing with a child.
Reed, who oversaw the high school choir, previously confessed to having sex with a minor on the school grounds several times between April and June 2018.
The teacher was charged with multiple counts of rape and sodomy as well as an unlawful transaction with a minor. She is reportedly married and has children.
Reed will serve a total of five years in prison, and probation is not an option, it was declared during Thursday’s sentencing.

It stems from a case where the woman's attorney argued that she was too pretty for prison, and should be found not guilty.

If you want to make such laws that align with biblical morality, do this instead. Make adultery illegal (married woman with any man other than her husband, and the man she commits the crime with). Make sodomy (anal sex) and forcible sodomy illegal (not rape but forcible sodomy). Make sex with a virgin (female only) outside of marriage illegal as a theft (original). Continue to prosecute rapes (no consent from victim) including rapes carried out with drugs.
Otherwise, its a regime of special interests operating outside of biblical morality.

Whenever oral is mentioned in with sodomy they’re probably talking about spelunking otherwise known as Frenching the Brown Eye, analingus, rimming or just plain eating ass. Now that there is some nasty stuff but the younger crowd seems to enjoy it.
Men and women both are doing things that would have been inconceivable a generation ago. Remember, it wasn’t that long ago that the network wouldn’t show Lucy and Dezi in the same bed. When I was small I thought my family was weird because my mom and dad slept in the same bed. None of the married people on TV did.

Under common law sodomy was defined as anal intercourse. Over the years the legal definition changed, probably to make the butt buffers happy. The homo’s used the Privacy argument that SCOTUS used to legalize abortion. It eventually worked as the states started legalizing sodomy.
