Some believe the home invasion was plotted by the two student while actually at school
It doesn't matter if they plotted it at school or at the local MS-13 clubhouse. What does matter is that it increases their criminality by now rising to the level of conspiracy to invade the home, and possibly conspiracy to assault the homeowner.
Of course this charge is seldom brought against criminals of color.
