So, when does fighting the ship become “a very responsible” priority in all of this? Shouldn’t that be the primary constraint defining the exercise? Why is nobody saying that?
It certainly does not help the case that this undersecretary reinforces the stereotypical portrayal of a blond joke as much as the undersecretary who told John McCain that the B-1B bomber with GPS and precision munitions was an adequate tactical aircraft substitute for the A-10 warthog and its gun.

My grandfather was in the West Pac for WWII and battled heat and typhoons as well as the Japs. I think that was far more difficult than a temp increase of one degree.
