driver’s license.
You have to be able to function to drive a car, and if you
can do that, you know right from wrong.
Having to stop at the turn signals and put miles on the car,
this guy is playing the game against us. Bleeding heart
judges and soft headed psych people just have not grasp of
reality.
Well that’s often par for the course as is said. These people end up in care facilities but as I understand it if they recover there under medications etc. they can then have to serve time?
