I think a lot of people that are very tall seem a little off. Maybe due to body not really suppose to be that tall...often the face seems off
there is a 7 foot 7 basketball player who has odd features. don’t know if he has any kind of syndrome
Barron has the typical 16 yr. old look...apart from how tall he is. I raised two boys and this age they are finding their own style and yet not adults yet. ...so they still have the “kid” look.
