Well you’re hoping that Kavanaugh and Barrett will vote with the conservatives. So far, they have stabbed us in the back on quite a few cases.
Unlike left-wing activist judges, conservative judges decide based on their understanding of the law and US Constitution, not the party ... and by doing so, they almost always decide in favor of the party. Kavanaugh and Barrett may have a slightly flawed understanding of the Constitution but this time, they'll be on our side. They voted to hear the case. That speaks volumes.
