To me, it Doesn't matter what the DA says. I have seen the film of him practicing the draw immediately before the shot. He was repeatedly practicing a cross draw (left-handed) and something glaring got my attention. As he was drawing, the hammer was cocked and HIS FINGER WAS ON THE TRIGGER every single time
