The chicom markets have long since built upon horrifically weak fundamentals. Their vast array of ghost cities were created as an artificial means to keep their economy and false GDP numbers afloat. Citizens had long since recognized the fraud in their own markets but had always fallen back on realty as a means to store and build wealth. This was reinforced by the commies with continued promotion and support of construction. Even if said construction would simply crumble into pieces after two or three years (See “is everything in china really falling apart” by ADVChina on youboob.)
So now the commies have reached a point where they can no longer maintain said illusions. The people who invested in that real estate aren’t able to sell at higher prices because they are at the end of the ponzi-pyramid.
We May complain about our economy but the chicoms are truly @#$&😳…
