Makana Mei Masacayan, 26, had an inappropriate relationship with a student at Espaola Valley High School, according to the arrest affidavit.
All of this was revealed when a 16-year-old high school student told his probation officer about his contact with Masacayan. They met at a high school basketball event, he told the officer and they kissed later that night.
The student claims that he picked her up in his truck on another day, they went out to lunch, and then had intercourse in his truck outside a movie theater.
Masacayan had also led him into a closet in her classroom, kissed him, danced on him, and groped him, according to the student. He also stated that they communicated over social media and text messages.

When I was in high school, even if I had shared my experience with other boys they'd likely NOT rat fink on me. But for this guy to rat fink on himself and her, resulting in her being arrested and doing jail time.. NOT RIGHT!

The kid probably got jammed up with his probation officer and was trying to "negotiate" his way out of trouble. Giving up the teacher was probably his "trump card".
Was it a crime. Yes. But dang man when I was a teen I would have loved to have someone like her to learn the ropes.. Kids can’t keep there mouths shut now a days.
