His left is down flat on the ground, he falls to his right. Maybe he couldn’t get his right foot out of that peddle strap thing.

In fairness to FJB, it appears that he was using clipped-in shoes on the pedals, and was distracted momentarily while dismounting. The left came out first, but not the right; in time, anyway. Embarrassing, when your schtick is “Look at me! I’m still a stud!”
I thought that at first, also. However, another Rumble angle (closeup) shows he couldn't get his right foot out of the pedal strap. That happens to inexperienced bicyclists. That's why I never used those straps (stirrups) on my pedals when a kid - I did the same thing. I see this as a nothing burger.
We have plenty to nail this old fart and his handlers.
Someone on another site suggested pedal clips were on the bike. He needs to wear a seat belt on his bike, or simply ride one with training wheels,
