Yes he is FFL holder. Registered since 1978. Sold guns out of his house in rural area not far from the church. No prior violent offenses but a few DUIs. He sued the police for a gun charge. He claimed harassment and won the case and awarded damages.

Obviously some kind of nutcase perhaps with an alcohol problem? Strange. Since he sold guns I suspect the MSM will tell us more about it with their spin. :-)
