Only 875 days left until November 5, 2024. How much more damage can Brandon do by then?
To: American Number 181269513
Is that 875 days before or after adjustment for inflation??

How many restaurants are going to survive? Many spend their DISCRETIONARY money on dining out, and with gas, food and inflation stealing this money; if we have to dine out, it’s got to be someplace inexpensive

Got to pay them servers their $20/hr..everyone who touches the food has had their wages nearly doubled or more.
Now food itself is scarce because we made it so. We shut down supply lines if someone sneezes. We flood the economy with money.
We appear astounded at econ 101.

"Pasta dishes starting at a whopping $42." Wow! Count me IN.
As in - 'Yes, we shall be dining In tonight.
Please tell the chauffeur that he may take the evening off, thank-you.'

A coupla nice, thick chuck eyes seared with copious amounts of real butter in the cast over the big flame.
A side of new redskin (**GASP!!**) taters split and baked in oil with a bit'o'salt.
Grande total about $14.

Most of the world, including the West, either cooks their own food, or they buy it from outdoor/open-air stands. Only the rich get to ‘dine out’ on a regular basis at the relatively few restaurants.
We had it good, where there were large numbers of restaurants that the middle class could afford, but now we’re in the process of joining the rest of the world...like it or not.

I enjoy going out to eat. And I loved NYC when I lived there (Hoboken) But now, I seldom go out except for sushi, which I don't make at home. I cook much better than most restaurants.
I really feel sorry for the retaurant owners.

I used to work with a guy who claimed a 180 IQ, so I and all the coworkers assumed it must have been in metric!
