The Otero County Commission in Otero County, New Mexico, just announced that they will be withholding the recent primary election results in the county.
Attorney David Clements released a video last night noting the significance of yesterday’s actions in Otero County, New Mexico.
"So, what is the basis for withholding certification? One of the things that we advised last week, um, leading up to the vote where we’re going to get rid of Dominion in Otero County, that we’re going to get rid of the Zuckerberg drop boxes, was, uh, quite simple. That under New Mexico law, under our election code, the EAC, the Election Assistant Commission “guidelines”, which are normally voluntary, when you codify them, uh, you have to follow them. When you codify them, it’s mandatory. And in our language, it requires that we have to abide by the most recent standards. And we’re not in compliance with the most recent standards. In fact, we haven’t been in compliance for over a year.
So, um, though our law tells, or advises, that the secretary of state must decertify the voting systems as a matter of law. And she’s ignored that requirement. So, what she’s done is, she’s foisted an illegal system on all of our county commissioners and county clerks, saying that they can use them when in fact the law says that they can’t. So, um, that’s where we’re at.
Um, we’re going to Lincoln County. We’re going to ask them to do the same thing tomorrow. We know that Torrance County, uh, tabled discussion over just, over certifying their results until Friday. So, there’s a good chance that they could withhold it. We’ll see what happens there. Sandoval County is also deliberating withholding certification in their county. So, many, many dominoes have the potential to fall."

And compare the signatures on file of all drop box ballots intently.
For the GP deniers that can’t acknowledge that most of the time he just links to other articles....

Otero is a huge county nearly 100 miles one way and 80 miles the other with a population of 66,000 that composes the SW corner of NM.
In case anyone is wondering, this is in SE New Mexico, and Alamogordo is the county seat.
From the map, it looks like the extreme South central on the Texas border.
Oops, you are correct.
The machines were a problem with backroom adjudication. Any Dem supervisor could change the vote on the any ballot. But the problem is ballot harvesting and drop boxes. Trump lays it out pretty good in his response to the J6 committee.

So what exactly did they do?
Otero County has a lot of U.S. Air Force retirees. Many had been stationed there just outside of Alamogordo at Holloman AFB.
New Mexico has been plagued by Democrat corruption and election shenanigans for decades.
Dr. Franklin, a few months ago I read that Jovan Pulizter was going to release 600 pages of findings about paper used to print counterfeit ballots. Do you know anything about that?
Can you contact him or through a third party, get a message to him, and ask about it?
Is Maggie Oliver a Secretary of Soros like in other states such as Colorado and Michigan, Dave?
When I voted absentee in the last election, I had to get my ballot certified. Not a big inconvenience, the bank does it for no charge.
have the left announced a plumbing leak yet?
Don't know about Soros, but she is part of the Democratic machine in New Mexico that controls all areas of state government (Legislature, Executive and Judiciary). Last winter, they gerrymandered the Congressional districts so that all three are Democratic majority. My district in southeast NM adjacent to Texas is now part of the same district in northwest NM adjacent to AZ and CO.
What's important is that ballot security has to be ensured before the November election where we have a good chance to elect a Republican governor to replace deep blue radical Dem Michelle Lujan-Grisham, and to do that accurate ballot counting is a must.
