You meant that as a joke but we do have great (lakeside ) beaches - Lake Havasu, etc, and Flagstaff only two hours from Phoenix gets more snow than Chicago.

The closest “seaside” beach is across border in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Closer than California.

FWIW! UV sterilizes things. Coronavirus survives only seconds out in the full sun.
