Saw that movie on TV as a kid. The next day my mother saw me bumping into furniture. She asked what I was doing and I said, "walking around with my eyes closed, imaging what it is like to be blind like Susy." :)
I’ve seen both the movie and the stage play.
When you’re watching it at the theater and ALL of the lights go out - on stage and in the audience, it is a really unnerving effect.
