I upped my aspirin intake (1x 325 2x daily), take an anti coagulant and also Pine Bark extract when needed. Then I try and walk 4 miles 3x per week. Seems to help. Also take 5 days of Ivermectin 12mg every month. Seems to help.
I do not take any supplements or medicines, but I have one thing in common with you, daily exercise of about 30 minutes with treadmill walk, elliptical & 30 lbs setting on weight machines. At age 82, I have zero health problems, zero need for any prescription, can mow my lawn during hot and humid Florida weather with a push mower (not self propelled), and have not even had a cold in 15 years. I highly recommend mild exercise daily for all people over age 50.
