Every day I wake up more cynical and sarcastic than the last. I’m in a beet red state, bible country, and although I’ve yet to meet a single individual who has the slightest idea what Minsk I or Minsk II is they, inexplicably, are firmly in the Zelensky camp.
When I try to explain it, ears slam shut.
What typically passes for informed opinion is:
“Trump would blast the hell out of them.”

They have cemented a world view in place, and seem terrified to allow any part of it to be challenged.
