It doesn't take long to buy a fake COVID-19 vaccine certificate in Ukraine. Just typing the words into Google brings up a slew of advertisements offering a certificate "without visiting a doctor."
A would-be customer sends their passport details, address and a phone number through the Telegram messenger app, and the next day, a document showing fake proof of vaccination with Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine arrives in the post, according to several people who have bought one of the fake certificates, and who spoke to ABC News on condition of anonymity because the practice is illegal. They said prices for the certificates can vary anywhere from $20 to $200 (USD) with some fetching as much as $380.

Methinks they have more pressing issues going on right now.
From July 2021:
Now booming on Moscow’s black market: Fake vaccine certificates
LOL Russia’s demonization of everything Ukraine has reached new lows.
There was a woman on Long Island, NY that got busted for selling fake vaccine cards. I recall she was a nurse/practitioner or something like that. They claimed she sold approx a $1 million worth of cards.
Ukraine is good for something, finally ?

So if you are willing to hand someone you’ve never even seen passport details, name and address, and an active phone number, they will somehow get this into the mail same day to your home? Better get ready to be held responsibility for the purchase of a new car, wardrobe, jewelry, plane tickets, food, and any other pricey things the thief wants and couldn’t afford before you came into his/her life. A fool and his money are soon parted.

“Pretty sure you could easily just find a buddy who has one of these cards, then reprint one with your name, or photoshop it a bit.”
But the interesting part on this is that at this moment, and I’m sure until after the November, these cards only mean something if you are getting another shot as very few times are there places that require the display of them. And it is possible, weak or not, that they may have learned that the public (voters) think all of this is an overkill. And the war in the Ukraine, supply line problems, ecology, finding room for illegals, and trying to make people think the administration is doing something about China hovers around to move to a new topic to keep the cats chasing the lazer.
Saul Alinsky,
RULE 7: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.”
Plus if you purchase one of these cards, it’s like buying the grill of an Edsel. There are a few around, and they aren’t cost effective, but you got one! And the only award it has is to the person who sold it to you. Just like the Willa Paskin decoder ring.
