Could the peanut eating passenger be charged with attempted murder?

I do not remember such nut allegeries as a kid back in ancient times—why such the sensitivity nowadays...

I remember a story from a couple years back where a couple teen boys were charged with attempted murder or something equally serious for causing a severe nut allergic reaction in a fellow classmate. Don't really remember all the details. But they had done more than just violate a Peanut ban, they had actually gone as far as grind up peanuts and rub them on the kids locker handle, so a bit more deliberate and malicious than just ignoring a ban.

You are kidding, right?

Nuts are all around, some come from shells and husks, other in human flesh.

No, one cannot be charged with eating nuts as a form of attempted murder or any other crime and certainly not under these conditions.

If this child has such a powerful allergy to peanuts etc, then the mother was the one with responsibility. If the crew offered nuts, then that’s another thing. They could refrain if they so choose. As for the guy, if he had brought nuts aboard on his own, not much anyone could do unless there is a specific prohibition against eating anything not offered by the flight...

True, the guy was an unkind and thoughtless oaf, but there is and can be no law against that.... Mom could sue the dude in civil court, I suppose.

I wonder if the girl had been so sterilized thanks to Kung Flu lockdowns and probably had a dozen “boosters” it destroyed her immune system. I too, never remember any peanut allergies when I was a kid. I only knew a couple kids that needed epipens. One was deathly allergic to wasp stings, and another who had sever celiac disease. Never nuts.

“Could the peanut eating passenger be charged with attempted murder?”

Maybe the parents wanted their daughter dead and wanted to blame the airline. It is very irresponsible for them to take her on a flight. Youd have a tough time proving the source of whatever allergic reaction she had. Maybe her mom did it?

The girl should have an isolation suit or equivalent filtration to protect her.

Does the mom have Munchausen syndrome or does she simply not love her daughter enough to care to protect her?

Sounds like a lawsuit scam to me.

I stand prepared to withstand all the “Female of the Species” attacks coming my way.

Nobody lets their kids go play in the yard/dirt/grass/trees/etc. anymore.
