As an observer of human behavior I can't help but look daily at the folks getting arrested. Most have loser written all over them. Then there are the hot babes whose arrests make it in the news outside the county. Why? It's because the real news is all the guys who take one look at the mugshot and propose marriage. Really funny. So this hot babe gets a 2nd DUI while her license is suspended-previous one. Didn't look too ashamed or embarrassed. Btw-she's on Facebook.

Like the rest of you I’m too proper to give more specifics. Are the laws working? Most of the other mugshots are Mexicans-probably illegal. Then there are the native Americans-our problem. If the legal system is not doing it’s job it’s the fault of all of us. Then we get hit by this woman-collateral damage. People will get the amount of crime they’re willing to put up with.
Is public humiliation proper? It would help. So would a little vigilantism. Makes us all the bad guy but like me we’re all too proper.

I know the type very well. Looks and some basic charm have made her popular and got her through life quite well so far. Alcoholism, irresponsibility and destructive behavior can be laughed-off, for now.
