Ames, Iowa-Three people, including the alleged shooter, are dead following a shooting outside an Ames church. It happened at the Cornerstone Church on US 30 in Ames shortly before 7:00 p.m.
The Story County Sheriff's office tells WHO 13 that two people were shot and killed by a male gunman outside the church. The gunman is dead as well, though authorities aren't saying how he was killed. The 911 call came in at 6:51 p.m.
The church was hosting a Salt Company kickoff event tonight for college-age individuals to worship together...

Not sure what to say we have to understand that the abortion ruling story may have “triggered” certain individuals.
The mainstream media is intimating that LGBTQ rights get lost after “abortion rights” with religious conservatives being blamed.
A couple years ago I said the if the Democrats calculate that it’ll take a mass casualty event happening every day to cancel the Second Amendment, that’s what we’ll get.
Yep. They will continue doing it until the public demands that the Government takes the guns. The FBI and CIA have an unlimited supply of fools stowed away. They just need to be shot full of bug juice, outfitted, pointed in the right direction and turned lose. The mainstream media will take care of the rest. I think they started a little early, but there is no danger of them running short of fools.
I don’t share the delusion that this is all “planned” killings by the Democrats. I think something far deeper and much more sinister is afoot.
Basically, at the very least, I think perfect storm of all the effects of Liberalism as a belief system are coming together. People seem to be undergoing soul death. Nihilism, increasing crassness, declining faith & religiosity, declining morality, etc. have created a ship of fools that is adrift and about to crash.
I’m afraid I have little faith it will get better anytime soon...
It hardly matters whether the shootings are planned, because the cultural background that gives rise to the shooting is planned.

I agree only partially.
One of my favorite conservative thinkers described Liberalism in terms that made perfect sense. I cannot exactly duplicate those beliefs, but he sure seems to have been correct.
I followed his line of thinking that Liberalism, while extolled by the Marxist Left, is promulgated, many people nonetheless WILLINGLY adopt it. They adopt it because, for a time, it FEELS GOOD. I know this feeling personally, because I went through it when younger. Being shed of all the “old fashioned” morals that holds civilization in check feels like freedom. Only when something happens that jars people out of this false siren song can one see through the lies.
He warned that the West has two choices. Either a total rejection of the tenants of Liberalism, or people go on and on until civilization and freedom are destroyed, and we return to a new dark age of poverty and slavery.
I believe that Liberalism has advanced to that point. What scares me is that people sure seem to be making the wrong choice...
Well, I grew up in Ames, and this is a non-traditional church, so I don’t know what kind of people would be attracted to it. I ‘m used to normals, but it looks like abnormal have come there.

People seem to be so empty inside because Liberalism rots from within. First people, then the societies they build, etc.
