ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando police said a fight between two women ended when a 10-year-old child shot one of them.

Just before midnight Tuesday, officers said they went to a home on Mercy Drive for a shooting call.

Investigators said a fight between two women, Lashun Rodgers and Lakrisha Isaac, led to a 10-year-old girl shooting a Rodgers.

Now that is the only part that is not strange to me about this story.

My family generally started teaching you how to shoot about six/seven and you got your first gun by age eight.

Except for the ones that went into the military we never shot another human.

I taught both my girls to shoot at 10 and 12 years of age. I learned..from my grandpa..how to handle a gun..and gun safety.........

Both of my girls know the "rules" about gun safety...
