Christians know the time is short before Jesus comes as a thief in the night to catch them up to Heaven and afterwards on earth, all hell will break loose.
The unredeemed have an inkling that something is up but not really sure much about it.
But God’s Word shows that after the soon-coming seven-year horror almost the whole world will be dead and mankind would be extinct except for God’s mercy in preserving a remnant of Israel who will be the ones to re-populate the world - one reason Satan hates the Jews and Israel.
IMO, this century will not end before all these things happen and Jesus Christ is crowned King of Kings as Ruler of the World from Jerusalem.
