I can't find the documentary on Factor 8.
The first part of the video he might have said Under Governor Clinton in Arkansas made executive orders to have prisoners that they knew had AIDS where giving blood. They sold the blood to Canada which thousands died. Some blood was sold to other countries. he says no prosecutions took place. I think one person went to jail that had very little to do with the case (fall guy.)

The director of Factor 8: The Arkansas Prison Blood Scandal. Kelly Duda has always been very hard core leftest and still is. I remember the video left out key information linking Clinton and the "donated blood" by prisoners. yes, they where cohered and paid $7 a pint.
