Men are weak, Lonely and so the Dems use women like Mo Dean to gain the ends they could not otherwise reach.

The Deans both now must have an empty life, at 77 years old, going to bed every night with this ugly truth between them. They are still together ( I checked).

The Deans are Benedict Arnolds with a twist.

As far as big cities go, Chattanooga isn’t bad. It isn’t a Memphis, Chicago, or even close to that. There are certain parts of town that you stay out of. My grandparents lived there and I stayed with them a lot so I learned my way around but my grandmother always told me to stay out of certain parts, even back in the 70’s. I’m not familiar with those parts and don’t know my way around in them. When I briefly worked there, my job was on 9th Street that is now called Martin Luther King BLVD, so you get the idea. It was one of the parts I knew about but was told to stay away from as a teenager.

There was a lot of Chattanooga that I loved. There are times that it’s necessary to go there. If you want a really good doctor (specialist) you go to Chattanooga or Knoxville, not one of the small rural towns like mine.

Oh no! Sounds bad. I use vacuum seal bags, have had no trouble, and you can heat the contents.

Nothing good happens after dark in any big city. Chattanooga is no exception.

Funny story. We lived in S. Florida when I was a kid because of my asthma and we moved back to TN when I started high school. When I was little we always came to Chattanooga on vacation to visit the grandparents.

We were in the car going down Broad St. one night and I was looking out the window from the back seat taking in the night sights. My dad almost stroked when I leaned out the window and screamed “Dad, look at all the pretty ladies (hookers). He yelled, “get your butt back in this car!”. LOL Even in the 60’s you saw stuff like that but I had been very sheltered. :-)

This Osho, or Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh as I remember him, is/was a very controversial figure. Despite having a few good quotes attributed to him (e.g., “Government by the people...but what if the people are retarded?”) as I’ve discovered on this thread, I don’t think we really want to be associated with him.

Who is our resident Oregonian? Does she have any memories of this crazy cat and his 50 Rolls Royces?

Long ago I took zucchini, cut into chunks of just the flesh, dumped the seeds. Salted the chunks heavily and let drain for a day. Used a foodsaver vacuum sealer and then froze. They turned out ok not too watery and used them in soup or stew. Did the same think one year when I had a lot of butternut squash, just did not salt them. Vacuum sealed and froze. They were great for making butternut squash soup. No bad taste, no frost either.

We will never hear any of them suggest lowering the Minimum Wage as one way to lower inflation.

Well covid has finally hit. My brother and his wife, and now my 89 yr old father (according to the free China made home test kits). My mom with dementia doesn’t have any symptoms yet. The others have fevers. Congested, very tired. As caregiver to my folks and the only one not jabbed, I took my ivermectin two days ago, will take again today, and have been on quercetin, c, d, zinc for almost a year so I’m not the least bit scared. If I remember from this thread, I then follow up in a week with the ivermectin. Is that correct? And at what point is it politically correct to point out to them and my jabbed kids that I made good choices, without being cruel About it? So grateful for this thread and all I’m learning here!
