"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

What about zuccnini? I tried freezing some slices and they were horrible, had to throw out. I only grow the Italian romanescu kind that are ridged.

Have you tried slicing and freezing them on a cookie sheet, then bagging them? I do this, and before sauteing them later allow them to thaw out and pour off the water (they’re mostly water). They’re not bad that way though not quite the same as fresh. Works with yellow squash too. Seems a shame to not take advantage of their abundance.

The only way I know of to freeze zucchini usefully is to shred it first. After thawing I let it sit in a strainer and even squeeze out all the water, as I use it for zucchini bread.
This freaked me out today. I had read or heard something from Gregg Phillips about having a “team in Ukraine”, helping people. I did not expect this, can’t copy photo from Telegram, he’s copying text and photo from Gregg’s TS:

So then I looked at Gregg Phillips’ TS and could not find that photo, but other mentions of Ukraine, maybe I didn’t scroll down enough. I find his support for the Ukronazis very disturbing. How can he not know the truth?

Okay..Hmm... this seems to be replies to perhaps that photo, which he apparently pulled as I can’t find it, maybe there are other photos up but didn’t scroll down a lot. Is his team doing any filming other than Ukrainian stuff? Getting any Nazi action? Filming citizens who’ve been attacked by Nazis and Ukraine military?:

Yup, granite ware, has a basket type thing to put the jars in. A few years ago when I had more energy and friends who let me have extra tomatoes, and a friend with whom I would go on apple and plum picking forays, I would often have 350 jars at the end of the season.
I did it exactly that way. For some reason they were horrible, the freezer bags seemed to impart a horrible taste. Tossed out a lot of zuke and yellow squash slices.
