BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A Baltimore woman was arrested Thursday and charged with attempted murder after a group of neighbors held her until officers arrived, the Baltimore City Police Department said.
Cowanda Mills, 26, faces charges of attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder and weapons violations.

Most inner-city neighborhoods do not want constant crime in their area. The democrats force it upon them. Since they know that “snitching” will bring repercussions on their entire family, they usually look the other way. Especially since they know the person will usually be back just a few hours after being arrested due to “no bail and no jail” policies. Kudos on these people who declared by their actions that they are fed up with crime affecting their families.
