Lots of assumptions in that screed and several non-facts and a couple of omissions. Basically intended to inflame and misinform.
Crazy or depressed and a failure at school doesn’t mean stupid. I am always amazed at what people teach themselves from youtube videos.
He also fired a lot of rounds into a closed classroom into huddled groups of children. So carnage without good aim is guaranteed. All the outdoor distance shots he missed. Also mostly missed the breaching team and all the other cops.
And nobody knows what shooting experience he had. You can’t trust a thing his family states. Junkies and ex-cons aren’t going to admit they knew about the guns or went plinking with him.
The SRO wasn’t there and wasn’t armed and then drove passed him hiding behind a car. No engagement. All the wounds to officers were extremities or grazings. Nobody was “shot in the head”. So basically he missed except when shooting fish in a barrel.
And he worked at Wendy’s mostly full time for nearly a year and had no living expenses because he lived with family.
Nobody should take a person who gets their news from CNN seriously.

The government has lost ALL credibility; starting long ago, but now reaching an abyss, between the "Trump-Russia-Possible Collusion", Mewler, The Hillary Email Bleach-Bit, the Peach-Mint over Ukraine, the stolen election, COVID panic and nursing home deaths, "Safe and Effective," false-flag shootings (remember the guy in the pickup truck outside the Capitol?), St. George of Fentanyl, and on and On and ON.
SO hearing "official *ahem* SPOKESPERSONS" (looking over the tops of their glasses at the peons) going on and on about "conspiracy theories" and "disinformation" does nothing but lend credibility.
That's the problem. Institutional credibility is like virginity. Once it's gone, you never get it back.
