Why. Democrats prevent dealing with the primary causes of it: repeat violent felons and criminally insane persons. The question the Satan worshippers at the Independent should be asking is, Why do Democrats do that?
Of course, since they are fellow Satanists, they already know the answer. They enjoy the carnage and death that violent felons and the insane ravage society with.
Contempt for unborn human life begets contempt for born human life.

Punish law abiding gun owners and more gun free zones for criminals.

Trump showed why so called gun violence has not been solved. If there was a solution, the political parties couldn’t raise campaign contributions to support their “side” of the cause. The only side they actual care about is using it as a tool to get more money. We the people are livestock to them.

It was a gun-free zone. People who obey rules and laws weren't equipped to stop the punk. That's why. Would we permit a school to fail to have fire extinguishers, or not have a nurse on staff?
The ones who did have guns waited safely outside.
And just how do we go about regulating guns?
REAL reform against ‘gun violence’?
Begin about age twelve or so, with introducing the ENTIRE school age population to firearms, up close and with the intention of demystifying the ‘magic’ power of guns. Expand this into the care, feeding, grooming and proper respect for the potential of the devices, and follow up with training in the selection of target, framing the target, and firing upon the target, all with the express purpose of doing this under controlled conditions. Once the familiarity with the weapons is established, then work on developing skills in accuracy and the correct procedures to prepare for the recoil, aiming, and firing, followed by whatever procedures are necessary to load the next round into the chamber. Repeat the aim, firing and reload until these are second nature, all the while sharpening up the accuracy.
This would have twofold effect - the guns just become another fact of life, like electricity and automobiles, a useful tool and with its own purposes. Also, it would be obvious quite quickly which of the learners, whether through carelessness, or those that harbor malicious thoughts, are the ones who should NEVER come into possession of a weapon. Then the perpetually timid, who cannot be compelled to pick up a weapon under any circumstances, even after attempts to familiarize them, should still be given training in how to avoid, evade, shelter in place, or somehow distract the active shooter, so it may be possible to make a concerted effort to neutralize or otherwise disarm the shooter.
And to have their Social Security number tattooed somewhere on their bodies, so they may be identified from among the fallen later on.
Upon graduation from high school, and with the certificate of training in their possession, the youth are then eligible to take ownership and possession of their personal firearm. None of this business about waiting until age 21, or 25, or whatever. Adulthood implies the capability for adult responsibilities.
And on the longer term, the military forces shall have a MUCH larger pool of potential recruits in the future, all with the basic knowledge of firearms, and a large civilian population that stands ready to resist any internal or external invasion - ‘You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass.’
Make it so, Number One.

The only way to stop these killings is to figure out why American society is pursing so many violent young men.
There is a reason they’re acting this way. What is the reason? It’s not just mass shooters, by the way, the ones you see on television, its gang bangers and carjackers and armed robbers and indiscriminate haters who push strangers in front of subway Trains. We have a lot of people like that in this country all of a sudden, more than you like to think about.
Why are they acting this way? With the only question that matters. Of course is the only question our leaders hate to address because there’s nothing in it for them.
Also look at all the drug use that’s happening now…all the antidepressants is unreal.

REMEMBER, There were approximately 40 deaths in school shootings all last year. FIVE LESS than toasters (in another year)
We are ALL going to DIE! There is NOTHING anyone can do about it.
A school shooting is one of the least likely places a child will be killed.
Be more worried about pedophiles in your schools than GUNS!

They are an integral part of strategies developed and used over the past 50 years as the communists gained full control of the Nation...
I suspect that mass shootings seem to always occur whenever things are going badly politically for the communists who now rule us...
The shootings are the only thing that have worked to generate more and more infringements on our 2nd Amendment rights originally guaranteed by the former Constitution...
The communists in the WH, Congress, and industry corporate offices know, absolutely, that before they can implement their long-planned final solution, the serfs must be disarmed...

Simple solution: Democrats commit most gun violence and most mass shootings and want gun control. Republicans commit much less gun violence and mass shootings and do not want gun control.
So compromise: Democrats are not allowed to have guns and the minimum sentence for a Democrat possessing a gun is 5 years in Gitmo.
Problem solved and gun violence goes down by 90%...
Yep...tell all dems to hand in their guns(including their personal/taxpayer funded security)...or STFU.
