I assume that you are talking about the Monroe Rest Areas off I-75 between OH 129 and OH 63. Those are always crowded.

As far as Walmart is concerned the one near me has always had signs prohibiting Semi-Trucks, but they welcome RV’s. It’s their property. They can do what they want.

There looks to be a TA Truck Stop two exits South on I-35 where they all could have all parked

My guess is that the Truck Stop charges a fee for overnight parking. Perhaps she was trying to save some money.

I agree. But someone had to “boot” the truck, IMHO it would have been courteous to give the trucker a warning (e.g., if you’re here in 5 minutes I have to boot you).

But there are at least 2 sides to every story, it could be Walmart had to resort to booting to control the problem.
