I agree climate in the Navy is a serious issue... however it’s self imposed climate like LGBTQIA and white supremacy witch hunting.

I’m retired from the Navy. During the last part of my career Obama entered the White House and the political correctness BS went on steroids. Friends of mine say Trump reversed some of it, and stressed mission performance. But now we have O’Biden (Obama is really running things again) doing his best to make our Navy second in the world, and let China become the top Navy in the world. One big problem is that to make Admiral these days you first have to have a solid track record of being politically correct - warfighting competence is a secondary consideration. Sad.
